Hi Andrea, all, 

I see that you sent the request to Capella-dev which is certainly the right place to post this message. 

At the Eclipse Foundation, we expect all projects to move to the EPL V2.0 as indicated at https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/faq.php#h.60mjudroo8e5

But that's an action that must be planned and executed by the project team in the context of a release.

Since Papyrus is already on EPL 2.0, I assume there won’t be any generic objections.
