[capella-dev] Keeping Capella.setup in sync

Hi,

as long as capella is not using Tycho for build, it would be really 
really great if changes to the update sites in the build would also be 
made in the Capella.setup file. Otherwise the setup goes out of sync and 
fails, for example like here:

I have just commited an updated Capella.setup but for the future it 
would be good if whoever changes the urls in the build would also update 
the urls in the setup in the same commit.
