Scott, Makes for some pretty interesting reading. So what's the sense of the PMC? I guess the bad news is that the framework gets very loaded with even low numbers of users. But the good news is that (unless I'm reading this wrong) that BIRT came out ahead of JasperReports and JFreeReports as measured by their "Aggregate Average Response Time".
