Hello All,

I can't open the report created from within Report Design perspective of
eclipse.(can't see BIRT perspective)
The following error message displays:
Unable to instantiate editor:
org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.ui.editors.ReportEditor
java.lang.NoclassDefFoundError:org/eclipse/gef/commands/CommandStack


What is my solution to this?
Any help is appreciated.
