[automotive-pmc] Adding additional user account for rolandreichweinbmw

Hi!

Can we please add the Eclipse account rolandreichweinmusic (mail: mail at reichwein.it) to the OpenBSW project as a committer?

Background: I'm currently using the parallel account rolandreichweinbmw as a corporate account for committer access in the project. But I want to separate company related work from other contributions towards the project. E.g. support for certain hardware platforms I can't contribute to OpenBSW via my employer since it's not related to my company work. But privately, I can contribute this contents in my spare time. I can assure that in both cases, I'm the same person and have signed the ECA separately.

(The alternative would be that I would need to go through the Committers' election process again, for the second acount. In case that this is necessary, please tell.)
