[automotive-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Roland R

Voting will close on 2025-08-28 for the Committer election of Roland
Reichwein on project Eclipse OpenBSW (automotive.openbsw).

Criteria:

Roland is an active member of the OpenBSW community. His biggest contribution
so far is a PR to port OpenBSW to the ETL, which touches a huge amount of
files (https://github.com/eclipse-openbsw/openbsw/pull/58). Roland adapted
all existing OpenBSW code to ETL and updated the PR for a long time, while
the main branch was evolving and the decision to accept the PR was still
pending.

In general he takes care of further supporting his changes, e.g. by updating
the ETL to new upstream releases

and takes part in GitHub discussions and OpenBSW meetings.

We really think that the committer role for Roland is more then well
deserved. He puts a lot of effort into the project, is a super collaborative
and constructive peer in discussions and most importantly has already
improved OpenBSW significantly. We are looking forward to many more
contributions and fruitful discussions.
