[automotive-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Mehmet B

Voting will close on 2025-07-04 for the Committer election of Mehmet Berk
TAKIM on project Eclipse ArchE (automotive.arche).

Criteria:

Berk is an Initial Committer.

He became part of the CARIAD Team after we created the project request.
Since then he has been working on infrastructure related and leads the CARIAD
efforts for the initial Contribution to the eclipse repo
