not sure, if this is the issue with the mailing lists, but you have to subscribe the mailing lists, before you can answer or use them.

Regarding your question(s), our (Automotive PMC) expectation are mainly described in the Eclipse Development Handbook.

I can imagine, that you have a lot of contribution within your company in the closed area.

But, please have a look on the 3 main requirements, the Open Source Rules of Engagement to become a committer:
1. Open - Eclipse is open to all; Eclipse provides the same opportunity to all. Everyone participates with the same rules; there are no rules to exclude any potential Contributors which include, of course, direct competitors in the marketplace.
2. Transparent - Project discussions, minutes, deliberations, Project plans, plans for new features, and other artifacts are open, public, and easily accessible.
3. Meritocratic - Eclipse is a meritocracy. The more you contribute the more responsibility you will earn. Leadership roles in Eclipse are also merit-based and earned by peer acclaim.

How should we have a look on the fulfillment, if everything is in closed repos?
Currently, no rule is fulfilled from my point of view...

Coming back to the expectations, we would like to see in the nomination, that the nominee is fulfilling the three requirements:
- Define trust;
- Maintain vendor/employer neutrality; and
- Operate transparently

Therefore we would like to see direct links to the Eclipse infrastructure (Gitlab, Github ...) for
- contributions (e.g. Pull Requests, legal doc updates, IP processes, reviews, project issues ...)
- improvements of documentation (Wiki, Website,...)
- active participation or other activities in the project
- Gitlab / Github handle
