Yes it is. Oracle has announced they are happy to provide
long-term support to anyone who pays them for a commercial Java
license. As of March 19, Oracle will no longer provide JDK 11
security / patch releases to the public. (Hence "end of public
support".) Will AdoptOpenJDK or Amazon Coretto or somebody else
step in to deliver OpenJDK 11 patch releases for free? Yet to be
      seen...
Our clients have said they aren't interested in paying Oracle for
their commercial runtime and they plan to simply switch to each
major OpenJDK release at or shortly after it comes out. We plan to
support this approach, but it means migrating all of our code to
the latest JDK shortly after it's released.

          Hmm,

Isn't version 11 a LTS release?

        With
JDK 12 releasing in a couple weeks (which, of course, means
          "end of
public support" for JDK 11), I'm curious if there are plans to
          release a
          JDK 12-compatible version of AspectJ.

We're happy to provide some testing coverage on the new
          version, as we
          did with 1.9.2.

          Thanks,
