Steering Committee and Community at Large,

Thank you to the Steering Committee members for attending the budget meeting on Tuesday, Nov 15, 2022.

The presentation in PDF reviewed during the call is available on the Drive.

I would like to propose a vote to demonstrate the Steering Committee's acknowledgement that the Eclipse Foundation's budget for the AsciiDoc Working Group for 2023 aligns with the 2023 Candidate Program Plan.

This will be a 5-day ballot, ending on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, that requires a super-majority positive vote of the Specification Committee members (note that there is no veto). Community input is welcome, but only votes cast by Steering Committee Representatives will be counted.

The Specification Committee is composed of representatives of the AsciiDoc Working Group Member Companies (Cloudbees, Couchbase, OpenDevise, Red Hat, Salesforce.com, VMware), along with individual(s) who represent the Committer Members.

Specification Committee representatives, your vote is hereby requested.

Please register your vote by indicating +1 (accept), -1 (reject) or 0 (abstain) below to the following resolution:
