I can't get out to any page that has "europa-mirror1.eclipse.org" as part of its URL. Either that site is down or has changed URLs. If someone knows where we can download org.apache.jasper_5.5.17.v200701082340.jar besides http://europa-mirror1.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R200706192011/bundles/org.apache.jasper_5.5.17.v200706111724.jar, please let me know and I will update the link in the Aperi v0.3 install instructions.

Can you look into this?  It appears we have a link that no longer works.  I just tried it in the install instructions and get the same result.
