[adoptium-pmc] [RESULT] Invite San Hong Li to the Adoptium PMC

Thank you for all the votes, and to Sanhong for his willingness to be
part of the PMC.
There were 7 votes for, and no other votes.
I will make the request to the EMO/ED to add Sanhong to the PMC.

Sanhong has demonstrated a broad understanding of the Adoptium project
and its goals over a sustained period of time. His knowledge of OpenJDK
implementation, oversight of the incubator project, and (hopefully)
migration tooling would be a valuable addition to the PMC.
