Hi Tim,
yes, we need explicit approval of the graduation materials form the PMC.
I've completed the EMO tasks, once we get PMC approval we can declare this release/graduation review as successful.
Kind regards,
Maria Teresa

Looking at the outstanding tasks, are you waiting for an explicit
mailing list approval from the Temurin PMC?

    Regards,

        Dear EMO.

The Eclipse Temurin™ community respectfully request your
        consideration
        of an incubation graduation review.

The project has ben operating successfully in the Eclipse-way
        over the
last year, and has demonstrated solid working code, an
        established and
growing community around the project comprising  diverse
        multi-organization committer/contributor/developer activity, and
operating in the open using open source rules of engagement.

As such we believe we are ready to be recognized as a mature
        Eclipse
project, and have attached a document describing how we meet
        the criteria.

        Any questions please ask.

        Thanks,
        Eclipse Temurin PMC
