ECF 2.0.0 milestone 5 is now available.

There has been great progress...particularly in the discovery API, the
contribution of the jSLP discovery protocol and the SLP-provider.

Further, in next milestone (hopefully), we will be adding the
integration of r-OSGi as an ECF provider of remote services. These
contributions are ready to go and are working their way through the
Eclipse Foundation IP approval process (see CQs at [1] below).

Note: this build works with both Eclipse 3.3 and 3.4 streams of the
Eclipse Platform.
