Maybe, I'm not aware of anyone who has tried it. There have been people
who use SWTBot with eclipse 3.3. Eclipse 3.1 may be calling it a stretch :(

Version 3.1 of eclipse is very old from the summer of 2005, not to
mention unsupported, I'd highly recommend upgrading!
