I wonder if there is some place where I can download an archived update
site for Eclipse updates. We have a number of systems that we would like
to update, and this usually impose quite some stress on the network.

A single download of an archived web-site, combined with a offline
update would be much more convenient for us and probably many other
users. I tried to search for this using both google and the eclipse news
groups, but could not find any location.

Thanks in advance for all help.

Set yourself up a private mirror site. Essentially you sync the Update
site with us, then you can configure your Eclipse clients to update from
 your location.

See this page for more information:

If you need assistance, please let me know.
