It looks like JET2 did not make it on to the Indigo project list here:

http://www.eclipse.org/indigo/projects.php

It shows here that an Indigo release is "tentative":

I also noticed that there was a 1.2.0 M7 build issued on 5/2. What is the status of JET2? Did it "fall off" the Indigo release train?

The content in the 1.2.0 builds was identical to JET 1.1.1 (released as part of Helios SR2). There was no value in releasing a 1.2.0, so I did not. JET 1.1.1 has been tested with Indigo, and is available through the Indigo aggregated site.
