OTDT 0.7.0 M4 - getting closer [message #574423]

Just a short note this time about another milestone release, which I
almost routinely put on the server.
(I hope I will find some time soon to blog about some of the changes
behind the scenes).

With this milestone we are ready for the upcoming final release of Helios.
Our M4 is compatible with (and requires actually) Helios RC 4.

Looking ahead I've just applied for a release review :
-> July 7, release of the OTDT 0.7.0 (final),
which will be the first official release from our new home at Eclipse.org.
