It seems that some of the replies are turning this site into social cesspool .
First and foremost
before there is a call for "volunteers" - please provide some essential information on
"Eclipse foundation" management and their financial interest in "running" this outfit.
If such financial interest exist , in any form , it is ludicrous to call for volunteers.

As far as submitting bugs - I as a user have very limited knowledge to provide oodles of information required to submit such bug. Been there , done that.
90% without any feedback and zero resolution.
Why bother ?

David,
it may not be so obvious to you, but some attitude adjustment is due.
This superiority complex " I is major contributor here , I is all powerful Oz ..." is getting too old.
It woudl be refreshing if for once you post something without preaching.

Yes, it is personal because it is YOU as a person who behaves with such superiority attitude.
Nobody will, me included, deny or challenge your technical knowledge, but this attitude of yours stinks.

PS
There is a another bug in "Open Declaration" ( when it actually react ) - the selection list DOES NOT include currently being edited project.

Eclipse Foundation is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization. https://www.eclipse.org/org/
What 501(c)(6) means: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-tege/eotopick03.pdf
Eclipse products are freely available without charge.

Been there? Done that?
Can you link to a bug report that you submitted where you have been asked to provide oodles of information you don't possess?

You may get a workaround but bug reports are to indicate potential area for future fixes via release.

Speaking of attitudes, your attitude is rather strange.
You constantly seem to be in a state of anger; constantly complain about the quality of Eclipse software; yet continue to use it.

Why?

You seem to frequently claim issues but refuse to respond when asked for particulars.
Two examples:
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/1820999/#msg_1820999
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1102516/

Why bother indeed?
Are you trying to get your money back?

Would it be pointless to ask for a small example of this occurring?
