Another integration/dev build. Please install/use/test/report bugs.

Tested against Eclipse 3.3M7.

182474 [presence] API needed for creating conferences/group chats
185690 [server] server disconnect handled improperly.
185691 key values the same in SOContainer
185819 [xmpp] depart mu chats when account disconnect occurs
