Hi Dimitris,

I've successfully installed Epsilon via the eclipse installer (selecting Epsilon when appropriate) [1].

A couple of colleagues opted for: index.php/fa/42838/0/

I'm unsure whether there's any connection, but they were not able to generate the GMF editor's folder .diagram via EuGENia (.edit, .editor., .tests all good, though). Would you have any clue why they don't get the .diagram folder after running EuGENia?

Could you also help me select the most basic features, please? I deal with simple applications so I probably don't need all of them: index.php/fa/42839/0/

Hi Clever,

Eugenia only works with versions of Eclipse up to 2021-12 as stated here. If you are using a later version it won't work I'm afraid.

Their version is 2021-09 (4.21.0). Any clue on what might be causing the issue with the .diagram folders?

Hi Clever,

We'd need more information in order to find out. For example, does the Error Log view display any relevant error messages when they try to invoke Eugenia? Are any GMF models (files ending in .gmf* extensions) produced?

If you are only interested in EMF models and Eugenia (and by extension GMF), I'd suggest:

* Epsilon Core
* Epsilon Core Development Tools
* Epsilon Development Tools for EMF
* Epsilon EMF Integration
* Epsilon Validation Language EMF Integration
* Epsilon Wizard Language GMF Integration
* Eugenia

"Are any GMF models (files ending in .gmf* extensions) produced?" => Yes, there are GMF models produced.

Can you provide the literal error messages, please?

Are all of the GMF models produced, or are there any missing GMF models? Basically, we want to know if one of the GMF phases failed, or if it was just the final code generation step.
