Still waiting for the Board vote on the Lepido, Tools for Apache Cocoon archiving.

Postponed Wayne report on ECESIS project.

We spent most of the meeting discussing the proposed charter changes (see blog and newsgroup discussions). We decided that the proposed changes were slightly too liberal in that they allowed a bad case (a single company team voting in everyone). Cliff agreed to think about some wording changes. Discussion to occur next week.

We also talked about Ward's conversation with Graham of the OHF project. It doesn't look like an active project and it's not a traditional Eclipse project in the sense that it's more about a group of people and some standards bodies, and less about code.
