[xwt-dev] Retire the e4 xwt Git repository

Hi,

a few years ago xwt migrated from e4 to its new repository.

The old e4 repository has not been touched since. 4 years I plan to
retire the e4 Git repository for xwt. Please comment on
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=476732 if you have an
opinion on that.

If I do not hear from you until 20.10 I plan to ask webmaster to retire it.
