Re: [wtp-pmc] Webtools Project without Project Lead

I don't believe any of the incubating projects have been active for quite some time. They could be archived, along with glassfish-tools.

Might be better to archive the project - not seeing a lot of commits in the last 12 mo.

Dear PMC,
at the beginning of September 2021, we've contacted a few EF projects to encourage them to find a project lead using the public mailing lists.

The project lead role is of great importance for the EDP, being responsible for the overall well-being of the project. They own and manage the project's development process, coordinate development, facilitate discussion amongst project committers, ensure that the Eclipse IP policy is being observed by the project and more.

Time has passed, and the WTP Incubator projects still has not elected a PL.

Please engage with this projects and support them in the election of a Project Lead. Let us know if we can assist you in any way.

Regards,
Maria Teresa Delgado
