[wtp-pmc] No PMC Meeting on 8/9

Given other notes I have seen, it sounds
like there would only be two of us on PMC call if we had it ... and don't
know of any reason Neil and I need to chat. :) 

So, we will not have call on 8/9, but
(still) have one the following week as planned, on 8/16. Naturally, issues
via mailing lists etc., can still be addressed, so don't hesitate to say
if something needs attention. 

Oh, and if you do want to chat, Neil,
just let me know :)
