by our 12/1 meeting (time flies, eh?)

I'm glad to see it formally scheduled
for Creation Review. 

But to be sure, PMC members, please
document your approval, or not, of Nitin's current writeup here on this
list. 
I know myself and John (the mentors)
have reviewed and Nitin has incorporated all our comments, 
and all other previous comments. 

Here's my +1. 

Let's set the deadline as our next meeting,
on 2/2.  Hey ... Groundhog day!

As the next step in project creation, I need to have the PMC's approval
to hold the creation review.  If possible, I'd like to have it well
ahead of the intended review date of 2/10.
