[wtp-pmc] Absence from PMC calls

Hi Everyone,

Apologies for my absence from the calls in the last few weeks.  I have taken some time off from work for personal reasons.  However, I am back to work now but today I just failed get my skype-out  working in time to make the call.

I will make attend the calls starting next week, and report on the plan for the series of Eclipse Magazine articles and the education materials.
