[wtp-pmc] FYI: Note sent to inactive committers

Just to archive it here in the PMC list, I sent a short note to inactive committers.
The basic "form letter" part of the note is pasted below.

I had the following list (much thanks to Lawrence!!!)
but suspect one or two of my e-mails may be out of date, so feel
free to forward on if any of you have a more recent/accurate e-mail.

Hopefully we'll hear back from all ... but, I think we agreed if
we don't hear anything within a month that we have done our "due diligence".

I'm writing to ask about your WTP committer status. We are trying to
cleanup our lists and access rights.

If you no longer plan to commit to WTP, a short note stating that
would be very helpful. (Overall, we want to make sure we never
decommit someone prematurely, and at a minimum, make an effort to get
some e-mail trail showing that we contacted you ... and hopefully
heard back from you!).

So, if that is correct, and you no longer plan to commit, then please
send a short note to the PMC, explaining that due to job changes, or
whatever, you no longer plan to commit, and that it is fine with you
to remove your name from the rolls and access lists.

That address would be wtp-pmc@xxxxxxxxxxx and you'd better CC me
david_williams@xxxxxxxxxx since that pmc list may "bounce" your
message. If it does, I'll simply forward the copy I receive from you.

Of course, if you do plan to soon resume being a committer, that's
fine. And, don't forget ... you can always contribute in the future
via the usual means (mailing lists, bug reports, and patches!).

I hope all is well,

David
