[wtp-pmc] JSF Tools project: Request PMC approval for contribution..

Hi,

I would like to include a contribution that adds a snippets view for the JSF RI components. The key contribution here is the icons. The contributor, Lumir Vanek, has confirmed that he is the author of these. Please let me know if there are other steps that I need to take before accepting this contribution.
