A committer election for Nick Boldt on project WTP Java EE Tools
(webtools.jeetools) was started by John Collier with this criteria:

Nick's been an invaluable asset to JEE Tools over the past while, his efforts
to reorganize the WTP repositories and just overall releng maintenance have
been absolutely vital to the project. It's definitely time that Nick be able
to continue his Releng work on the project without having to chase down a JEE
Tools committer to get his code merged, especially for the many small changes
he has to make.
