I notice that there is already a 4.0 target in bugzilla. I
realize that we’ve created a pattern for ourselves that’s very hard
to break out of, but I think we are sending the wrong message to the community
by being so aggressive in incrementing the version. Should the next year’s
release be 3.1 instead?
