As you might've heard, the JApplet class has been removed with Java 26, so a big part of this release was spent on removing the internal references to this class and to deprecate the JApplet support for WindowBuilder itself.

This removal will hopefully be completed until the next release.

Over the past few releases, I've also slowly started to remove the dependency on BurningWave, as it will not be compatible with many more Java releases. As part of this, it is now no longer enabled by default.

Consumers either have to enable it by setting wbp.burningwave.enabled to true or by explicitly opening the required modules via --add-opens ....
