If I understand the FAQ correctly, this should be as straightforward as updating the license header and documentation, as well as informing the EMO team, without having to e.g. explicitly requiring approval of all previous committers. Though I'd obviously like to hear everyones thoughts, before I pursue this any further.

For anyone who has done this for a similar project in the past, have I missed any steps? Unless there are any objections, I would otherwise try to get this done for the M2 which is due in three weeks.
