[wakaama-dev] Client start from "Update Register"

Hi everyone,

Now each time the wakaama will do "Register" and get the location like "/rd/N5lJqKhpf3" stored in memory.

We want to save the location "/rd/N5lJqKhpf3", server object, and security object in a file and next time when we restart the wakaama client, it can send "Update Register" instead of do "Register".

The lwm2mH->state will start from STATE_REGISTER_REQUIRED. Is there a way to do that?
