Hi Ricky ,

I've successfully tested the wakaama client behind NAT by setting the lifetime of the lwm2m session to 50 seconds (by default the NAT udp forwarded ports are timed-out in 60 seconds).
You can adjust this lifetime in the standard Lwm2m Server object.

If devices is behind the NAT,  does wakaama have any solution?

I think for IOT the devices may have long update period and the network probably will set the timeout less than 240s.

Any solution?
