[viatra-dev] Commit rights for Robert Doczi have been expired

Zoltan Ujhelyi has expired the commit rights for Robert Doczi (rdoczi). 
The reason for this change is:

=?UTF-8?Q?R=C3=83=C2=B3bert?= is no longer an active committer of the project and I have
discussed with him privately to expire his commit rights.
