[university-outreach] Eclipse IDE for Education

Hello all.

We have a I-build of the Eclipse IDE for Education available for 
download. You can find it here:

This first version of the IDE provides only a simplified version of the 
Java IDE. We hope to do more with it based on initial experiences and 
feedback from the education community (i.e. you).

Your input into the project would be most helpful. There are links on 
the page cited above to the Eclipse Bugzilla records associated with 
this projects. Please add your comments. Please also feel free to create 
new bugs as necessary.
