Ops.. sorry it's my fault.
These are my first steps with postGIS, so I did something wrong in data
import process from shapefile.
now also the projection it's ok.

Hoping it's useful for your debugging work, I have to point out a strange
behaviour of option>  Runtime prefereces window. 

If I setting a value of 1024M of memory and I restart Udig, the text in the
windows indicates a value of 1016M, but the argument in udig_internal.ini is
ok. If I restart the program by the button "restart with the above setting"
the memory decrease to 1008 in the text and 1016 in the .ini
