[udig-users] Wiki 404 update

Over the last couple of weeks we have been under attack by spammers;  
indeed confluence wiki that uses the same Confluence program as us has  
also been under attack.

When the wiki comes back I am going to have to take steps to lock it  
down; what this means is we will probably need to change our wiki  
policy (right now anyone who signs up can start editing). I think we  
need to change this to signing up and sending an email to the udig- 
devel or udig-users email list.

We do apologise for the inconvenience; we are users of the wiki as  
well and are just as stuck without the documentation that is recorded  
there :-(
