Hi the problem comes down to the fact that the server assumes that your
computer will resolve serviziogeologico to serviziogeologico.apt.it. I
took a look at the getCapabilities and it does not add the apat.it
extensions.
Solutions:
1. On most computers there is a hosts file which allows you to map
hostnames to other hostnames. So basically you need to add the mapping
from serviziogeologico to serviziogeologico.apat.it
2. Each computer has a Domain Name Server that it uses you could also
set one up that does the mapping. The OpenDNS service is a free (and
secure) DNS that you can get and create an account and create that
mapping
I think google is you friend for these issues.
