[udig-users] How to a Raster Image layer from PostGIS ?

Hi there,

I am new to QGIS and was wondering if there is a function to add a raster image from Database, such as PostgreSQL.

We are planning to use PostgreSQL to manage all the photos. After playing QGIS for a while, I only noticed the function to add a raster layer from a file. That means it is file based for raster. Am I right? If not, is there a plan to extend to support to load an image from DB?
