That is the kind of thing you would need to do by hand using the XML 
view of the style. We have not made a user interface for that ...

There are two common ways to make the line width change:
- The easiest way to make the width of the line change is to use an 
expression; do you have an attribute that represents line width? Some 
CAD data files do this...
- The other technique is to make a series of Rules; much like how the 
Theme view works right now...
