[udig-users] what you don't need tested ... walkthrough 1

Hi Jesse; I will pay attention to what you need tested as I go ... but
for now I am updating walkthrough 1. Things marked with --> are worth
looking at.
INSTALLER
License used in the installer; previously this was just LGPL; now it
shows a Refractions (c) and has a 2004,2005 date range.
--> Can we update this to 2008 please.
Short cut added to start menu for "user documentation" points to
http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/UDIG/User+Documentation
--> this link needs to change to http://udig.refractions.net/users/
WALKTHORUGH 1
English help needs to be exported again (common query language page now
has a function list, what is new is updated, etc....)
--> This is a low priority since the "live" help is also displayed
Could not use JPL Blue Marble Layer
(Rengeringhttp://wms.jpl.nasa.gov.exception_1_1_1.dtd%30 shown in the
status bar)
- Other JPL layers (such as Current global view of the earth) show up
fine...
- Checking out the message...I think on trunk I was able to throw these
as a real exception; rather than just gobble them up.

Info tool with DM Solutions web server; only works for parks now; other
layers produce XML exceptions of one form or another...
On restart (after installing community plugin) the JPL server could not
connect at all; probably down...

PS: The latest Open Office 2.4 is a step backward for embedding file
links into documents; I get a sharing violation on windows if I try and
update these pictures while open office working.
