That is good news; I know I am only helping out with the TXT extention 
for CQL for fun; it would be a very helpful thing
to have around. You can talk to the Open Planning Project as well 
(Andrea for example has often expressed interest in
having this work completed). As with much of open source you may find it 
easier for people to contribute time rather than
money (both are valuable; and often both are needed).
