Hi Fabio,
guessing that georectify == ortorectify, the sad answer is no. That is
one of those tools of GRASS that need a user interaction with the
monitor of GRASS, in order to define the ground control points. That
is one of the things that is not there yet.
Is that what you are searching for? Or do you mean georeferencing?
Perhaps Jan Jezek's raster map warping plugin could be of help to you?
First: what do you want to do exactly?
