[udig-dev] Luna branch testing (was Eclipse 4 support for uDig)

As per original email thread I have confirmed Tom's luna branch builds, and have uploaded the command line build artifacts for testing here:

* http://udig.refractions.net/download/unstable/

* http://udig.refractions.net/files/downloads/branches/

(Note a naming convention for branch downloads would be good)

Manual tests used for any release are available in the help menu, or online at getting started:

* quickstart: use as a "smoke test", instructions shared with OSGeo Live

* walkthrough 1: test basic functionality, focus on local file access and wms

* walkthrough 2: test intermediate functionality, including wfs-t editing

* introduction to spatial toolbox: spatial toolbox integration test, often catches if tools.jar left out

* geoscript introduction: geoscript integration test

Common failures:

* Wiki used for http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DATA is unreliable

Notes:

* sdk quickstart is no longer used, build and dev environment instructions provided in github readme
