I've tested it together with 1.2M6SDK and it works perfectly in my
application. Great!

I assume that the code you were talking about, is in the "catalog.wms"
plugin ?? If not, redirect me pls :-)

Jesse if we can find a home for this work in GeoTools my preference
would be to combine forces with Pieter here.
