[udig-devel] sdk sanity check

I have uploaded the sdk here - and require a sanity check before we
announce it beyond udig-devel

To be clear a - perfect sdk release can:   (in order of difficulty)
- is able to run udig

- is able to let you make a plugin
(http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DEV/2+Plugin+Tutorial)
- is able to release a custom app
(http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DEV/3+Custom+Application+Tutorial)
- is able to run a plug-in test case
