In the PostGIS wizard dialog the port text field is limited to four characters,
but IP ports are valid up to 65535. I discovered this because I have SSH
tunnelled connections to remote PostGIS DBs with ports like 15432 and 25432.
Maybe the same little bug exists for other type of dialogs.
