In the project
net.refractions.udig.project.ui
the file plugin.xml is not fully externalized for translation. Especially the
net.refractions.udig.ui.operation
extension point contains hard-coded name strings for the menu entries:
"Layer summary", "Feature count" a.s.o.
This impedes translation.
